If global problems of world ecology are increasingly less clear, because countries are jointly trying to decide these problems, then the situation is somewhat more complicated with regional problems. The fact is that some states, for example, Russia, have a number of other problems that require decisions, our government cannot pay a lot of attention and equipment of ecology, as other problems should solve. That is why the problems of Russia's ecology seems to become irrelevant, and their effective solution is constantly postponed in time.
At the same time, despite the passivity of the state in solving the problems of our ecology, we still need to investigate them and attract attention to them.
