REQUIREMENTS FOR EQUIPMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTENT OF SUBJECTS OF THE FEDERAL COMPONENT OF THE STATE STANDARD OF GENERAL EDUCATION

PHYSICAL CULTURE

Basis and objectives of requirements development. These recommendations are developed on the basis of the federal component of the state educational standard general education in physical culture (for basic high school, complete secondary school with basic and specialized levels of education).

The requirements represent optimal recommendations for material technical equipment educational process presented in the input conditions state standard in physical culture. The requirements include lists of printed materials (library collection), demonstration printed aids, technical teaching aids, screen-sound aids, educational and practical and educational and laboratory equipment, and also characterize lists of gyms (offices) and school flat sports facilities.

Novelty of the developed requirements. The state standard of education in physical culture presupposes the priority of an activity-based approach to the learning process, which determines students’ mastery of not only subject-specific skills, but also the development of a wide range of general educational skills and generalized methods of activity associated with the formation of cognitive, informational and communicative competence. Therefore, in contrast to the previously existing lists of teaching aids and educational equipment for physical education, the material and technical equipment educational process is oriented, first of all, not effective solution these tasks, to create the necessary conditions for the full implementation of the requirements for the level of training of graduates in the subject physical culture. Distinctive feature requirements for the equipment of the educational process in physical education is the inclusion in the list of non-standard equipment and measuring instruments used by students in independent forms educational activities. In addition, the requirements include not only objects and means of logistics currently being produced, but also promising ones, the creation of which is necessary to ensure the introduction of the state standard for physical culture.

Principles of selection of objects and means of material and technical equipment. The lists of objects and material and technical equipment included in these requirements do not contain specific names, but, first of all, a general nomenclature of objects. This is due to the fact that in modern conditions there is a restructuring of the production sector that provides the material needs of the school, the content of textbooks and teaching aids, fundamentally new technologies and techniques, media educational information and software methodological support education.

Most of the included facilities and logistics facilities are multifunctional in nature and can be used in different educational topics, when solving various pedagogical problems.

Many of the included means and facilities are interchangeable and their use is focused both on teaching specific subject topics and creating conditions for the formation and development of students' skills and abilities.

Implementation of the principle of variability; continuity at different levels of education. These requirements for equipping the educational process serve as a guideline in creating a holistic subject-development environment necessary to implement the requirements for the level of training of graduates at each level of education established by the standard. The requirements come from the tasks of integrated use of material and technical means of education, the transition from reproductive forms of educational activity to independent, search and research types of work, the implementation of creative tasks, and strengthening the analytical component of educational activity.

These requirements can be clarified and supplemented in relation to the specifics of specific educational institutions, the level of their funding, as well as based on the consistent development and accumulation of their own base of material and technical teaching aids.

Calculation of quantitative indicators. The amount of training equipment is given per one gym (office). At the same time, the use of a significant part of these tools is associated with the implementation of not only intra-subject, but also general educational tasks. Equipping with these technical means is considered as an element of the general material and technical equipment of an educational institution.

The specific number of specified funds and logistics facilities takes into account the average calculation of the class size (26-30 students). To reflect quantitative indicators in the requirements, the following symbolic notation system is used:

    D – demonstration copy (1 copy, except in special cases);

    K – full set (based on each student, based on the actual class size);

    G – kit required for practical work in groups of several students.

Characteristics of educational premises. The gym (office) and the school sports stadium (playground) must meet the requirements of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Rules and Standards (SanPiN 2.4.2. 178-02). The gym and school sports stadiums (playgrounds) must be equipped with standard equipment specified in these requirements, including specialized educational furniture and technical means of training sufficient to meet the requirements for the level of training of graduates of primary and secondary (complete) schools at basic and profile level. A special role in this regard is played by the creation of technical conditions for the use of computer and information and communication teaching aids.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EQUIPMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTENT
EDUCATIONAL SUBJECTS OF THE FEDERAL COMPONENT
STATE STANDARD OF GENERAL EDUCATION

COMPUTER SCIENCE AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Basis and goals of requirements development. These requirements are developed on the basis of the federal component of the state educational standard of general education (for basic secondary school, basic and specialized levels of complete secondary school).

The requirements represent recommendations for optimal material and technical support for the educational process, presented in the context of the introduction of a state standard in computer science and information technology. They contain lists of computer and information communication technologies(including computers, operating systems and other digital resources), printed books (library collection), printed demonstration aids and demonstration resources in digital presentation format, technical means. The requirements for material and technical support take into account the integrative possibilities of using information technologies in the learning process and assume the possibility of teaching in the information technology classroom not only the subject “Informatics and information Technology", but also a number of other subjects in lessons that involve the active use of information technology as well as the use of information and communication technologies in various areas of the school (subject classrooms, library, room for independent study of students, etc.) and outside of school (in search activities) .

The novelty of the developed requirements. The state standard in computer science presupposes the priority of an activity-based approach to the learning process, the development in students of a wide range of general educational and subject skills, and mastery of methods of activity that form cognitive, informational, and communicative competence. The material and technical support of the educational process must be sufficient to effectively solve these problems. In contrast to the previously existing lists of teaching aids and educational equipment in computer science, these requirements are focused on the possibility of studying information technologies and developing communication competence, including through their use in the study of various subjects. The requirements include not only elements currently produced and supplied to schools, but also future ones, the availability of which is necessary to ensure the introduction of the standard.

Principles of selection of objects and means of material and technical support. The lists of material and technical support included in these requirements do not present specific names and characteristics, but a general nomenclature of objects and digital resources, a description of their properties and solutions educational objectives. The description provides only indicative minimum recommended technical characteristics of information and communication technologies. It's caused by them rapid development on modern stage, as well as a decrease in cost against the background of an increase in the cost of traditional educational equipment. The introduction of the standard will also require the creation of new textbooks and teaching aids that comply with the standard. A significant part educational materials, included in these requirements, including texts, sets of illustrations, diagrams, tables, diagrams, can be presented not on printed, but on digital (electronic) media. The use of digital educational resources increases the effectiveness of educational materials, primarily through the use of interactivity and the capabilities of the activity approach. The widespread use of digital resources reduces the cost of reproduction and delivery costs due to the low cost of copying and the use of the Internet for distribution.

Implementation of the principle of variability; continuity at different levels of education. These requirements serve as a guideline in the creation of an integral subject-development environment necessary for the implementation of the requirements for the level of training of graduates at each level of education established by the standard. They are based on the tasks of the integrated use of material and technical means of education, the transition from reproductive forms of educational activity to independent, search and research types of work, shifting the emphasis to the analytical component of educational activities, the formation communicative culture students and development of skills to work with various types information and its sources.

Calculation of quantitative indicators. The amount of educational equipment is given in the recommendations per classroom. In schools with more than one class in each parallel, it is desirable to have more than one classroom. At the same time, the use of a significant part of these technical means is associated with the implementation of not only intra-subject, but also general educational tasks. Equipping with these technical means is considered as an element of the general material and technical equipment of an educational institution.

The specific number of specified means and logistics facilities takes into account the average calculation of the class size, taking into account the fact that classes using information and communication technologies are conducted in subgroups (12-15 students). To reflect quantitative indicators in the requirements, the following symbolic notation system is used:

D– demonstration copy (1 copy, except in specially specified cases), the letter D also denotes all equipment required in a single copy;
TO– a complete set (based on the actual class size), for schools with a class size of more than 25 people, when equipping the classroom with ICT tools, it is recommended to proceed from 15 student workplaces;
F– a set for frontal work (about half as much as a full set, that is, at least 1 copy for two students),
P– a set necessary for practical work in groups of several students (5-7 copies).

Characteristics of the classroom. The premises of the computer science and information technology room must meet the requirements of the current Sanitary and Epidemiological Rules and Standards (SanPiN 2.4.2. 178-02). The room must be equipped with standard equipment, including technical training aids specified in these requirements, as well as specialized educational furniture.

The main equipment of the classroom is computer equipment, which can be presented both in a stationary version and in the form of portable computers. Computer equipment can use various operating systems (including Windows, Mac OS, Linux families). It is also possible to implement a computer class using a server and a “thin client”. All computers must be connected to a single network with Internet access. It is possible to use sections of a wireless network. To control access to Internet resources and optimize traffic, special software must be used. Both desktop, laptop and pocket computers can be used. Specifications, given in the requirements in some cases, are indicative and may change in the course of technical development.

To ensure the convenience of working with digital resources and student work, both in the computer science classroom and in the school as a whole, it is recommended to use a file server, which is part of the logistics of the entire educational institution.

All software installed on computers in the computer science and information technology classroom, as well as on other computers installed in an educational institution, must be licensed for use throughout the school or at the required number of workplaces.

The equipment of the classroom should allow for its wide use not only for conducting computer science lessons, but also for teaching other subjects. The classroom should provide the opportunity to conduct classes in various subjects, aimed primarily at searching and processing information, preparing and demonstrating multimedia presentations.

These requirements are developed on the basis of the federal component of state educational standards for general education in physics. They represent recommendations for the material and technical support of the educational process, presented to educational institutions in the context of the introduction of state standards in physics.

These requirements contain 3 sections.

In the first section recommendations are presented for equipping schools with regulatory documentation, educational and methodological kits, printed materials, and technical teaching aids necessary for the transition of schools to organizing the learning process in accordance with the requirements of educational standards in physics.

In the second section lists of laboratory equipment necessary for performing front-line laboratory work and physical practical work are provided.

In the third section Lists of demonstration equipment are provided.

The first section of the recommendations makes it possible to create in an educational institution an integral system of optimal conditions for the work of a physics teacher on the basis of library collections, a school-wide system of modern technical means, etc.

Currently, fundamentally new information carriers are being introduced into teaching practice. For example, a significant part of educational materials, including source texts, sets of illustrations, graphs, charts, tables, diagrams, are increasingly placed not on printed media, but on multimedia media. It becomes possible to distribute them online and create your own library of electronic products on the basis of the classroom.

Thus, these requirements serve as a guideline in creating a holistic subject-development environment necessary to implement the requirements for the level of training of graduates at each level of education established by the standard. They are based on the tasks of integrated use of material and technical means of education, the transition from reproductive forms of educational activity to independent, search and research types of work, shifting the emphasis to the analytical component of educational activity, the formation of a communicative culture of students and the development of skills in working with various types of information.

These requirements can be clarified and supplemented in relation to the specifics of specific educational institutions, the level of their funding, as well as based on the consistent development and accumulation of their own base of material and technical teaching aids (including in the form of multimedia products created by students, an electronic library, a video library and etc.).

If possible, it is desirable to create technical conditions for the use of computer and information and communication teaching aids (including for the transmission, processing, organization of storage and accumulation of data, network exchange of information, the use of various forms of presentation of the results of cognitive activity).

However, the main thing in equipping a physics classroom is laboratory and demonstration equipment .

A survey of schools shows that the provision of frontal equipment on average is significantly below the norm. The demonstration equipment is in a worn-out condition, and its range is even lower than that of the laboratory equipment. Under these conditions, the most in an efficient way preparing physics classrooms for the transition of education in accordance with state educational standards is development of regional, district, municipal and school programs updating the material and technical base. These recommendations are intended to provide specific assistance in the development of such programs..

New requirements .

Analysis of the standard and example programs showed that the List allows you to select the equipment necessary for their experimental support. However, in preparing these recommendations, we took into account a whole series new factors related to the content of the standard requirements and the experimental components of the sample programs. Let's mark them.

The equipment in the List is differentiated by levels of training and levels of educational programs high school, but these levels (A – 2 hours/week, B – 4 hours/week, C – 6 hours/week) do not correspond to the levels adopted in the Standard. At the same time, level A of the List did not provide for the presence of frontal equipment, in contrast to the basic level of high school, defined by the Standard. In preparing the recommendations, this contradiction was eliminated.

The list was developed taking into account domestic and foreign advanced trends in educational instrument making and contains a significant volume of promising products that are being developed or are just being put into serial production. This Recommendation includes developed objects needed to support the experimental support of the standard. They have an index (H).

The state standard in physics assumes the priority of an activity-based approach to the learning process, the development in schoolchildren of the ability to observe natural phenomena, describe and generalize the results of observations, and use simple measuring instruments to study physical phenomena; present the results of observations or measurements using tables, graphs and identify empirical dependencies on this basis; apply the acquired knowledge to explain various natural phenomena and processes, the principles of operation of the most important technical devices, and to solve physical problems.

The recommendations take into account that a systematic transition is currently underway from the instrumental principle of developing and supplying equipment to a complete thematic approach. Currently, both systems coexist in parallel in schools.

The equipment presented in the recommendations takes into account three shapes experiment, the conduct of which is regulated by exemplary programs: a demonstration experiment and two types of laboratory experiments: frontal - in primary school and the basic level of the senior level, frontal and laboratory workshop - when studying physics at the profile level.

The presented equipment system implements principle of variability . It is expressed in the fact that at least three ways of completing equipment systems are possible, each of which allows for experimental support of example programs. One of them is based on computer measuring systems, the second is based on digital methods of processing and presenting results, the third is based on classical analogue methods. All three methods complement each other.

Principles of selection of objects and means of material and technical support.

The selection of equipment was carried out taking into account a number of principles. The main one is completeness equipment systems regarding the experimental part of the sample programs and the requirements for students recorded in the educational standard.

Second principle - continuity equipment systems between the stages and levels of high school - is manifested in the fact that front-end equipment is common to both levels of education. The demonstration equipment system contains basic elements common to the first and second stages, as well as additional elements for specialized training in high school.

The measuring complex of the physics classroom is saturated with computer and digital measuring instruments. This leads to the following selection principle: optimal combination classical and modern measuring instruments and methods of experimental research of phenomena. Compliance with this principle has special meaning for primary school. It is this principle that requires the inclusion in the list of equipment for the basic school of such devices as a liquid thermometer, demonstration carts, heat receivers, etc.

Calculation of quantitative indicators.

The amount of educational equipment is given in the recommendations per classroom. The specific number of specified funds and logistics facilities takes into account the average calculation of the class size (25-30 students). To reflect quantitative indicators in the recommendations, the following symbolic notation system is used:

    D– demonstration copy (1 copy, except in special cases),

    TO - complete set (for each student)

    F– set for frontal work (1 set for two students)

    P– kit required for carrying out laboratory workshop(3 - 4 copies).

    B– library sets (5 copies).

Characteristics of the classroom.

A necessary condition for the effective use of equipment and the implementation of the experimental nature of physics as an educational subject is the presence of a physics classroom in an educational institution.

On the one hand, when organizing a physics classroom, general requirements are taken into account - safety precautions, sanitary and epidemiological standards (SanPin 2.4.2 No. 178-02). On the other hand, the above recommendations indicate a number of features of the physics classroom, which must be taken into account not only when creating new classrooms, but also when implementing the above-mentioned regional, district, and school programs for updating their material and technical base.

A physics classroom requires a power supply system for laboratory tables with only an electrically safe voltage of no higher than 36  42 V. Without such a power supply, it is impossible to fully implement the independent experiment system. It should be borne in mind that as part of the implementation of the state program “Educational Equipment”, the entire system of current sources used in the classroom has been completely updated. In particular, as a laboratory power supply, a source with an output of not only direct, but also alternating current is required.

Laboratory tables have been developed that allow them to store thematic frontal sets, which radically reduces the teacher’s labor costs when organizing a frontal experiment.

The equipment in the physics teacher's work area is changing significantly. In addition to the traditional demonstration table, it includes a classroom board with a metal coating, which allows equipment on mechanics, electrodynamics, and optics to be mounted on it in a vertical plane.

A graph projector in a physics classroom is not only a means of projecting foils and banners. Some equipment is designed using it, and it is a light source for wave optics kits. The computer is integrated into the cabinet's measuring system: a number of sets of demonstration equipment are used on the basis of a computer measuring unit.

The teacher’s desire to use modern measuring instruments makes it possible to make the physics classroom the core of the natural science educational environment of the school.

This is of utmost importance in the implementation of the practical orientation of the school physics course in modern conditions, because Most schoolchildren can become familiar with the technological applications of computers only in science classrooms, and mainly in physics classrooms.

REQUIREMENTS FOR EQUIPMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTENT OF SUBJECTS OF THE FEDERAL COMPONENT OF THE STATE STANDARD OF GENERAL EDUCATION

BASICS OF LIFE SAFETY

Basis and goals of requirements development.These recommendations have been developed on the basis of the federal component of the state educational standard of general education on the basics of life safety (for basic school, basic and specialized levels of secondary (complete) general education school).

The requirements represent optimal recommendations for the material and technical support of the educational process, presented in the context of the introduction of a state standard on the basics of life safety. They include lists of printed materials (library collection), printed demonstration aids, information and communication tools, technical training aids, screen and audio aids, educational and practical and educational and laboratory equipment.

The novelty of the developed requirements.In contrast to the previously existing lists of teaching aids and educational equipment on the basics of life safety, the present requirements for equipping the educational process are focused not only on ensuring the visibility of the learning process, but also, above all, on creating the necessary conditions for the implementation of the requirements for the level of training of graduates. The state standard on the basics of life safety presupposes the priority of an activity-based approach to the learning process, the development in students of a wide range of general educational and subject skills, and mastery of methods of activity that form cognitive, informational, and communicative competence. The material and technical support of the educational process must be sufficient to effectively solve these problems. Therefore, the requirements include not only objects currently being produced, but also future ones, the creation of which is necessary to ensure the introduction of the standard.

Principles of selection of objects and means of material and technical support.The lists of objects and logistics included in these requirements do not contain specific names, but, first of all, a general nomenclature of objects. This is due to the fact that in modern conditions there is a restructuring of the production sector that provides the material needs of the school, the content of textbooks and teaching aids is changing significantly, and fundamentally new information carriers are being introduced into widespread teaching practice. For example, a significant part of educational materials, including source texts, sets of illustrations, diagrams, tables, diagrams, are increasingly placed not on printed media, but on multimedia media. It becomes possible to distribute them online and form your own electronic library on the basis of a classroom. In addition, many means and objects of material and technical support are interchangeable, since their use is intended to ensure not only the teaching of specific subject topics, but also, above all, the creation of conditions for the formation and development of students’ skills and abilities.

Implementation of the principle of variability; continuity at different levels of education.These requirements for equipping the educational process serve as a guideline in creating a holistic subject-development environment necessary to implement the requirements for the level of training of graduates at each level of education established by the standard. They are based on the objectives of the integrated use of material and technical means of education, the transition from reproductive forms of educational activity to independent, search and research types of work, strengthening the analytical component of educational activity, the formation of a communicative culture of students and the development of skills in working with various sources and types of information.

These requirements can be clarified and supplemented in relation to the specifics of specific educational institutions, the level of their funding, as well as based on the consistent development and accumulation of their own base of material and technical teaching aids (including in the form of multimedia products created by students, an electronic library, a video library and etc.).

Calculation of quantitative indicators.The amount of educational equipment is given in the requirements per classroom. At the same time, the use of a significant part of these technical means is associated with the implementation of not only intra-subject, but also general educational tasks. Equipping the basic life safety classroom with these technical means (hereinafter referred to as the life safety cabinet) is considered as an element of the general material and technical equipment of the educational institution.

The specific number of specified funds and logistics facilities takes into account the average calculation of the class size (25-30 students). To reflect quantitative indicators in the requirements, the following symbolic notation system is used:

  • D – demonstration copy (1 copy, except in special cases),
  • TO - full set (based on the actual class size),
  • F – a set for frontal work (about half as much as a full set, that is, at least 1 copy for two students),
  • P – a set necessary for practical work in groups of several students (6-7 copies).

Characteristics of the classroom.The premises of the basic life safety cabinet must meet the requirements of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Rules and Standards (SanPiN 2.4.2. 178-02). The room must be equipped with standard equipment specified in these requirements, including specialized educational furniture and technical teaching aids sufficient to meet the requirements for the level of training of students. A special role in this regard is played by the creation of technical conditions for the use of computer and information and communication teaching aids (including for the transmission, processing, organization of storage and accumulation of data, network exchange of information, the use of various forms of presentation of results cognitive activity).

These recommendations are developed on the basis of the federal component of the state educational standard of general education in physical education (for basic secondary school, complete secondary school with basic and specialized levels of education).

The requirements represent optimal recommendations for the material and technical equipment of the educational process required in the context of the introduction of the state standard for physical education. The requirements include lists of printed materials (library collection), demonstration printed aids, technical teaching aids, screen-sound aids, educational and practical and educational and laboratory equipment, and also characterize lists of gyms (offices) and school flat sports facilities.

The novelty of the developed requirements. The state standard of education in physical culture presupposes the priority of an activity-based approach to the learning process, which determines students’ mastery of not only subject skills, but also the development of a wide range of general educational skills and generalized methods of activity associated with the formation of cognitive, information and communicative competence. Therefore, in contrast to the previously existing lists of teaching aids and educational equipment in physical education, the material and technical equipment of the educational process is focused, first of all, on the ineffective solution of these problems, on creating the necessary conditions for the full implementation of the requirements for the level of training of graduates in the subject of physical education . A distinctive feature of the requirements for the equipment of the educational process in physical culture is the inclusion in the list of non-standard equipment and measuring instruments used by students in independent forms of educational activity.

This is due to the fact that in modern conditions there is a restructuring of the production sector that provides the material needs of the school, the content of textbooks and teaching aids is changing significantly, fundamentally new technologies and methods, carriers of educational information and software and methodological support for education are being introduced into widespread teaching practice.

Most of the included means and objects of material and technical support are multifunctional in nature and can be used in different educational topics and in solving different pedagogical problems.

  • D – demonstration copy (1 copy, except in special cases);
  • K – full set (per each student, based on the actual class size);
  • G – a set necessary for practical work in groups of several students.

Characteristics of educational premises. The gym (office) and the school sports stadium (playground) must meet the requirements of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Rules and Standards (SanPiN 2.4.2. 178-02). The sports hall and school sports stadiums (grounds) must be equipped with standard equipment specified in these requirements, including specialized educational furniture and technical teaching aids sufficient to meet the requirements for the level of training of graduates of primary and secondary (complete) schools in basic and specialized level. A special role in this regard is played by the creation of technical conditions for the use of computer and information and communication teaching aids.
